As a recent graduate with degrees in mechanical and aerospace engineering, Pierce was optimistic about his post-grad job prospects. However, finding the position he wanted turned out to be more of a challenge than he anticipated. Soon, he was teaching 6th grade science and working part-time jobs on the side just to cover the bills. While job hunting, Pierce stumbled upon an ad for LAN/WAN Professionals and that he would at least take advantage of LAN/WAN Professional's test-drive offer and try the program out before making u p his mind
At the test-drive camp, Pierce was a quick study and was eager to continue on. By the time Pierce completed the placement camp, he had obtained 9 Cisco Certifications (including the CCIE Written) and was feeling pumped-up and ready to hunt down a new job. Upon returning home, Pierce interviewed a number of companies before choosing to accept an offer to work for the 2nd largest healthcare provider in the Nation where he now works as a Network Engineer.
When we asked Pierce about whether his quality of life had improved, he remarked that his life had changed completely and was excited to announce that he was closing on his first house, and would be back soon to complete his CCIE training with LAN/WAN Professional.
