I knew almost nothing about routers before their training. Now I am very comfortable programming Cisco routers and switches, its amazing. I have also greatly expanded my knowledge of Microsoft Sever 2003 and Exchange 2003 to where I would say I am an expert now. The career workshop given during the camp is excellent. They not only teach you to how to interview and to maximize your potential for getting an offer, they show you how to get the highest possible offer. The career workshop alone is worth the effort to attend the 2 week camp.
