Delius Bune is responsible for recruiting and qualifying our potential members for consideration into one of our Training and Placement Programs and to ensure that they continue to attain timely advancement in their information technology career.

Background: Mr. Bune has over 17 years of consulting background working for major corporations such as CNet Networks. He has a Bachelor's degree from the Syracuse University, and is currently CCNA and CCNP pending.

Warren Hinton is responsible for recruiting and qualifying our potential members for consideration into one of our Training and Placement Programs and to ensure that they continue to attain timely advancement in their information technology career.

Background: Mr. Hinton has over 10 years of recruiting and customer service experience. Prior to that, he was a behavioral therapist where he worked with children with developmental disabilities and autism. He has a Bachelor's degree from the California State University, Long Beach.

Mark Eastwood is responsible for recruiting and qualifying our potential members for consideration into one of our Training and Placement Programs and to ensure that they continue to attain timely advancement in their information technology career.

Background: Mr. Eastwood has over 10 years of experience with client relations and project management. He has his Associates in Network Administrative Systems and has 4 CCNA (R/S, Voice, Wireless, and Security) , CCNP, CCDA, and CCDP certifications.

Michael Tran is the Placement Services Coordinator for LAN/WAN Professional. Mr. Tran responsibilities include helping members prepare effective resumes and aiding them in submitting thier resumes out to potential employers.

Background: Mr. Tran has over 5 years of experience in client support. He is also currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business with an emphasis on Marketing.

Victor Flores is responsible for assisting in Client Relations activities and arranging exam voucher dispersion. He assists in the daily business operations, camp administration and candidate travel arrangements.

Background: Mr. Flores has over 15 years of Customer Service, and 3 years of Desktop and Network support experience for both technical and professional corporations.

Ed Henriques is responsible for supporting the web infrastructure for both Client and Staff websites. Mr. Henriques also is involved in the improvement and development of business strategies, practices and procedures.

Background: Mr. Henriques has over 7 years of counseling and customer service experience working with individuals from a wide range of backgrounds. He has a Bachelor's degree in Arts Philosophy w/ Minor in Computer Science from the University of California at Berkeley.

Patrick Pule is the Director of Client Relations for LAN/WAN Professional. Mr. Pule oversees all Client Relations matters along with Public Relations and Marketing needs. He will also support members throughout their entire relationship with LAN/WAN Professional and monitor their progress and success.

Background: Mr. Pule has over 9 years of experience in Information Technologies and Client Relations. He has worked in both technical and consulting capacities of the industry.

David Alexander is a Technology Specialist for LAN/WAN Professional who works on the overall operations and support of the Advance Technologies Department. Mr. Alexander's responsibilities also include technical mentoring, onsite instruction and support at camps, and curriculum development.

Background: Mr. Alexander has over 2 years of experience in Technical and Support positions. He is currently certified in A+, CCNA, CCNA Voice, CCNA Wireless, CCNA Security, CCNP, and CWE.

Aaron Brown is responsible for technical assistance and mentoring for LAN/WAN professional and its contractors throughout the United States. Activities include: training clients in configuring, implementing, and troubleshooting systems associated with Local Area Networks (LAN) and Wide Area Networks (WAN).

Background: Mr. Brown has a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and 10 years of professional experience in fields relating to both Electrical Engineering and Customer Service.

Alexander's responsibilities include: assisting with the the development of curriculum and providing support to our candidates - both onsite at camps and remotely for candidates studying in the CCIE Consultant Placement Program.

Background: Mr. Hansen comes from a strong career in academia, with 15 years of experience post-Bachelors, a Ph.D. in Physics, experience as a classroom instructor and laboratory instructor, and as numerous publications. In his spare time, Mr. Hansen continues an 11 year tenure as a volunteer for the open-source "Fink" project as a user support provide and developer.

Ashley Howell is a Remote Support Supervisor for LAN/WAN Professional. His primary duties include technical support for candidates qualifying for full acceptance. He also assists in Active Directory managements for the remote access pods and curriculum development.

Background: Mr. Howell has a degree in Telecommunications and Networking. He also has a background in marketing and technical support over the past several years. Ashley currently holds a certification in Network + and has a hands-on background in Cisco Networking Technologies.

Sung-Ho Hwang is responsible for curriculum development in creating and updating networking lab guides. He also provides support to candidates on the CCIE Remote training and providing mentorship and certification preparation. Mr. Hwang also provides support to candidates at the onsite camps.

Background: Mr. Hwang has over 5 years of experience in Business Operations and IT Infrastructure in various technologies and is certified in the CCNA, CCNP, CCIE Written, and CWP. Full CCIE certification is pending.

Edna's is responsible for providing technical and related support and mentoring to candidates in the LAN/WAN and CCIE Consultant Placement Programs, as well as the continual development and improvement of these programs.

Background: Edna has a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, a Graduate Degree as a Specialist in Information Systems, and over 8 years of professional and technical experience in design, implementation, analysis, and troubleshooting of various technologies for medium to corporate enterprise environments. Certifications: CCNA Security and Voice, CCNP, and CCDP.

Ronnie Short is responsible for maintaining and improving LAN/WAN Professional's extensive library of educational materials as well as providing expert support and mentorship to clients.

Background: Ms. Short has a Master's Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Information Systems from Strayer University. She has 13 years of experience in a Technical and Support position and is certified in CCNP, CCNA, CCNA Voice, CCNA Wireless, CCNA Security, A+, Network+

Ken Tha is a Technology Specialist - CCNP for LAN/WAN Professional. His primary duties include technical support for members preparing for thier CCNP Certification.

Background: Mr. Tha has over 10 years of IT experience in network administration, engineering, systems administration, and escalations support. Ken is currently CCNA, MCSE 2003, CCNP and CWA certified.
