The total value of our Training Program is $35,955. 100% of the value of the training is resolved through your employment success. This includes all training tuition costs, 24/7 access to online reading and certification prep training for CCNA (Voice, Wireless and Security), CCNP, and CCDP certification. Please note that LAN/WAN Professional makes a significant upfront investment into each candidate. For this reason, you will be responsible for the upfront hard costs of Stage 2 Fees, lodging/meals during camp and Cisco exam fees throughout the program.

As mentioned above, all of the training is paid through a percentage of your gross pay for 30 months upon employment not to exceed the value of the program.

LAN/WAN Professional only accepts candidates we feel will receive a minimum pay increase of 20% to over 50% in comparison to what you would have earned without this service. For this reason, your compensation increase will more than offset your fees. You essentially receive over $20,000 in enterprise Cisco training for free until successful employment.

Due to the high costs associated with Stage 2, only qualified and serious candidates will be authorized to "Test Drive" Stage 2. To qualify for this "Test Drive", you must pass a phone assessment with a designated LAN/WAN Manager/Mentor.

The CCNA Hands-On and Certification Training Program is a comprehensive training program designed to help get you fully certified as a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) and ensure that you backup your certification with real world Cisco hands-on skills. You receive approximately 120 hours of training. Your CCNA remote training begins with Cisco concepts preload (online training modules) that culminates in 2 weeks of WAN Administrator remote hands-on training (Cisco IOS configurations and troubleshooting). During your hands-on training, you will receive real world Cisco hands-on skills equivalent to a Cisco administrator with one year of proven work experience. Technologies that will be covered during your hands-on training include Cisco IOS, HyperTerminal, CDP, VLAN, VTP, STP, SVI, Frame Relay, Serial, RIPv2, EIGRP, OSPF, NAT, PAT and much more. Your WAN administrator hands-on training culminates in you preparing for and taking the Certified WAN Administrator (CWA) hands-on exam.

Throughout the training period, you will receive 24/7 online access to Cisco technology concepts and certification prep to help you get fully certified as a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA). The online resources are designed to solidify your conceptual knowledge base and effectively help you take and pass the CCNA exam. The resources that are available include online reading resources, CBT (Conceptual-based Training), guided videos, and proven, effective certification prep materials. In addition to the CCNA resources, you will also receive 24/7 access to a broad range of Cisco topics including voice, wireless, security, along with advanced topics in CCNP.

Upon successful completion of the hands-on portion of your Cisco training, you will receive 6 weeks of Cisco concepts and certification prep training designed to help get you fully certified as a Cisco Certified Network Associate.
