The LAN/WAN (CCIE) Engineer Residency Program is a comprehensive program that combines over $70,000 in LAN/WAN enterprise training and a 12 month PAID Internship to fast-track you into professional-level LAN/WAN positions making a minimum of $90,000 to over $150,000 per year. The compensation during you 12 month internship is as follows:

Your actual compensation during and after your 12 month residency will vary based on your program performance. More importantly, 100% of the value of this program is paid through your employment success after successful completion of your 12 month residency. This includes all training tuition costs and 24/7 access to online resources and materials. Please note that you will be responsible for miscellaneous hard costs including lodging/meals during camps and Cisco exam fees.

LAN/WAN Professional only accepts candidates whom we feel will receive a minimum pay increase of 50% to over 100% above their previous compensation potential. For this reason, your compensation increase will more than offset your fees. You will essentially receive over $70,000 in enterprise Cisco training for free.

The $2,490 Cisco Training Grant covers 100% of the $2,490 training value of our Certified WAN Administrator (CWA) Hands-On Boot Camp. This intensive, full-immersion 3 day CWA Boot Camp was designed to ensure that you possess core Cisco WAN hands-on skills equivalent to those of a Cisco WAN administrator with 6 to 12 months of proven work experience. In addition, you will also receive an in-depth overview of PAID Internship/IMMEDIATE Placement Programs and insight into how to attain professional-level LAN/WAN positions making $90,000 to over $210,000 per year.

Candidates who are not approved to move forward and/or choose not to move forward will have received $2,490 worth of Cisco training without any further obligations. The training you receive is comparable to a 1 month full-time training program with only 3 days away from work/home. 100% of the cost of the Certified WAN Administrator (CWA) Training Program (valued at $2,490) can be paid for through a Cisco Training Grant valued at $2,490. This includes all training costs, Online Access Fees, and CWA Exam Fees. Please note that you will be responsible for transportation to/from camp and lodging/meals during camp.
